LOMA began not with a business plan, but with a shared feeling — the pull of Puerto Escondido, discovered separately, at different moments, through different lives. Over time, authentic connections and the right conversations brought us together around a single question: what if we built something here that actually meant something?

Antoine Jeraj is a designer based in Montréal, whose aesthetic vision shaped every material choice and spatial decision from the ground up. Sattwic Shukla brings a background in construction project management — the knowledge and discipline that turns vision into structure. Josef Dubois-Pearson is a world traveler and natural connector whose relationships and presence made this collaboration possible.
